Sabre Tactical Training Resource& Research utilizes H&K subguns, Remington Arms rifles and shotguns, with Glock small arms ranging from 9mm .40 cal and 45 ACP models. All models are standard issue, unmodified and use factory full duty ammunition loads. These weapons are utilized as they are considered by many LE Operators as being the ``Industry Standard" issue weapons. The development of the C.A.R. Shooting System lays a foundation claim that the C.A.R. system will reduce recoil inertia associated with shot discharge by as much as 95%. In real terms the equates to Users being able to shoot 3 inch magnum solid slug rounds from a standard shotgun, with one hand and standing on one leg. Not tactically sound, but the means by which range demonstrations prove the validity of the claims, by real time actions. The C.A.R. system offers some of the most dynamic shooting you will ever experience. The weapon retention and confined spaces shooting make the system a favorite with certain ``Military Units" & numerous Police / SWAT Teams. It is common for Students to shoot five rounds into the 10 ring in less than one second, measured by a shot timer device, four being the standard number required. This level of performance has caused skeptics to dispute the claims. ``Unless you are there how can you dare" Proof is required shout the detractors. Suggestions ranging from blanks to doctored video have been suggested one ``Nationally known" Guru Instructor even suggested that there was possibly another shooter standing behind the camera firing into the targets, which showed nothing but x ring hits. This was not true. It was therefore decided that Sabre Tactical would prove to the watching world that the C.A.R. system is indeed the next evolution for small arms close quarter combat, with numerous long weapon and sniper programs available for longer distance shooting requirements. So when you read this message get others to look at it also, the more Good Guys that see this, the better. Just for your information we have strictly Law Enforcement / Military only training sessions. We will have a civilian program that you can research on our upcoming website ipdsystems.com. We will vet all civilian contacts. Law abiding handgun permit holders will be able to train in the defensive aspects of the IPD system which has been developed for Personal, Home and Vehicular defense. Through a working relationship with Mr. Ruedy Leeman from the WVHTC (West Virginia High Tech Consortium) and filmed at the NCLETTC in West Virginia, we arranged for special computer driven fast frame cameras to capture the action during shooting of the stances utilized in the C.A.R. program. These cameras shoot 3000 frames per second and enable slow motion movements to be recorded as they occurred. The video file shows the real time working of a standard issue Glock mod 22 .40 cal during discharge. Many of the bullet hits are at the same point or touching each previous shot. You are invited to watch the recoil inertia energy of the Glock weapon being dissipated through the wrist and forearm. You will also see the dynamics of the spent casings and evidence for yourself why empty casings cannot truly determine where a weapon was when it was fired. The cases violently spin without pattern. Also evident is the lock time of the Glock .40 and subsequent gas release through the breach face. Clearly seen are the vibrating recoil rod, and its attached spring. Some of the fastest shooting is identified in video clip P2Closeup. This shows Paul Castle shooting six rounds of .40 cal in 0.92 of one second. The timer countdown on all the video clips runs in reverse. The first round discharges at 1.41, the sixth shot exits at 0.49. The elapsed time is 0.92 and the shooting group is 2 inches. Video clip CloseupD1 demonstrates no visible muzzle flip or recoil inertia from a Glock mod 22 .40 cal firing Remington Duty ammunition. Video clip P2High Position is five shots fired in 0.76 of one second. The timer starts at 1.41 and ends with the last shot fired on 0.65 elapsed time is 0.76. Video clip HighD1 records ten shots fired in exactly two seconds, from two separate shooting positions. The first five rounds are fired in 0.77 seconds. The remaining five fired from a fully sighted position. The timer shows 2.28 reducing to 0.028 to end the shooting string. At one point there are six empty cases in the air at the same time. We hope you will understand the combat effectiveness and the operational readiness it offers. The film will (we hope) also put to rest the minds of some skeptics who have only experienced``Traditional Stances" This unique set of video footage demonstrates the fundamentals of weapon recoil control, and how to keep rounds on target during combat. The video clips are not designed to be a training aid, and it is not some kind of `Trick Shooting' The clips reinforce the doctrines of the C.A.R. system and seeks to evidence in real time why Sabre Tactical Training wants the chance to train You, your Team, and your entire Agency. Shoot fast, be accurate, and stay low. Paul Castle
